1. Identify the loop and the middle finger sleeve. The glove has a little loop for four fingers and a middle finger sleeve.
2. Put four fingers through the loop. The thumb will not be going through the loop.
3. Put your middle finger in the middle finger sleeve.
4. Pull the glove up and over your hand.
5. Secure the velcro closure.
